beautiful pots! the stencil work is very successful… i’m wondering how you achieved the black outline on the stencil on the bowl (my fave) – 4th row down/far right?
as far a process goes the surface on that bowl is acheived thru slips, wax resist and slips again – all applied by brush.
there are no stencils involved.
Okay, I’ll take the last bowl in the next to last row…but seriously, folks, I’ve been sending good vibes your way; even though pragmatism says that’s bull. I often wished I could believe in something stronger than me when I needed the assist, but I found inner strength that got me there (of course with the understanding that the total committment of Val & all my friends & family made it possible for me to find my center.)
Despite the distance, the ones who love you back here are close to you in their hearts.
And that bowl must speak to me because it seems to be the evolution of the design of the one I have.
As my WiiFit instructor would say if she were real, Namaste!

beautiful!
As someone taking a beginning pottery class, I have a newfound appreciation for beautiful pieces like these. Well done.
These are simply fantastic. I love seeing the whole group together.
