music of my mind…

i’ve backed off from these music of my mind… posts lately, largely because most of my daily musical consumption has been sad Dylan tunes –  and this blog is meant to be a place of joy.

Anyway – here’s a sad Dylan tune from the ’89 record Oh Mercy.

    Hi Steven,
I have a song for you. May I suggest that you listen to “May I Suggest”? You may find comfort or at least beauty.

Two versions of the same song written by Susan Werner, performed by her and by a group called “Red Molly”.

It is mysterious how hard times in our lives can turn out to be good…even if not in this moment.
