    After the initial slip – is that a glaze or colored slip in the next steps? And then after bisque do you add a clear & glaze fire?

    @ judy-
    the dark flowers are a fluxy stain paste that would probably be called a glaze – technically – but i apply it all thruout the process’ from wet on wheel thru to overglaze. the larger flowers are green and yellow glazes and then a light coating of clear brushed over that.
