this little pot really struck me as i was surfing the seas out there.  mostly the way the two cylinders are so casually placed together – the taller folded over the lip of the lesser.

i’ve got two consecutive studio days on my hands –  think i’ll push some pots together.

Graduation

John Gill; 2oo1

I just brought this mug home last evening from the Harvey/Meadows Gallery.  A kind gift from Alleghany – i’m considering it a graduation present.

We had a fantastic opening last nite for Betty and George Woodman – visit the exhibition if you can.

I’m ticking down my final Artstream Market Days and finishing up in the studio before packing up and shipping off to Penn State University for graduate study.
